Bon service, gout ok.

Very long service and cold meal

Slow service during lunch time, been like that for the past 5 years, however the food is decent.

Family friendly with good food and a decent menu. Great for travelers though be warned that if you're exclusively English speaking your mileage may vary with the staff.

Only reason for 2 stars is the food was ok. One of the worst dining experiences I've had. The place was freezing, customers had scarves and heavy sweaters while staff were in short sleeves. We asked for the dessert to go and waited 15-20 minutes between the end of our meal to getting the bill. Our waitress kept saying "it won't be long"... Yeah right! Guess we'll stick to the Normandin which also serves as a truck stop. We've always been satisfied there.

Meatpie was good but soup and potatoes were way too salted. It would have been fine if not for the mediocre service. Our waitress kept running around everywhere without doing anything. She came to ask if everything was okay when we wete nearly finished and she just said it as she passed by quickly, clearly distracted. Made us wait 20 minutes of passing our table saying "it won't be long" then completely ignoring us when printing the bills for other tables?? The restaurant wasn't even busy she was just so disorganized and really unpleasant. She got her basic 15% tip but she didn't deserve it at all. Also a cook went to serve himself a pitcher of crush soda from machine in the dining hall...and as he walked back to the kitchen started slurping on it...lack of politness. And it was SO COLD! Honestly the worst.

Not much of a chic big restaurant, fine to eat fast.

Great service, friendly staff! The place was full (Saturday morning, 9 to 10) but the wait time was only about 5 mins from ordering to having food on the table. Bravo! Highly recommend this Normandin in Levis, 2km off Rte 20.

Josyka was the best. Us not being able to speak French and a few of the waitresses/ waiter not being able to speak English, I think Josyka got stuck with us. She was very helpful, pleasant, patient with a sense of humour. Cheers and 5 stars to you.

It's a truck stop restaurant. Frozen food and quick coffee, big selection to choose from.

Nice little cosy dinner, sweet and fast service. There's a good choice of casual food and everyone can get something that they like for a decent price. It's usually not that busy as well, so there's little to no waiting time almost all-year long.

We ordered breakfast and beverages. Waited 45 minutes before we got the food. Coffees came 5 minutes later.. During the 45 minute the waitress completely ignored us. I don't understand why she would not bring us our coffees right away to help us go through that long wait time. Perhaps they didn't want us to get refills but I would hate to think that they are this cheap.

Good go to spot if you want lots of choices. Good breakfast menu and the pizzas are great. Quality and taste are consistent. Staff is polite and helpful. Sometimes, certain menu items are not available (when they are on the menu for a limited time, because they run out). Decent amount of parking spaces and fairly close to highway 20' exits.

Best breakfast, I wish I could find a restaurant this good at home.
